A Grand
Night for Singing
Those of us who are old enough to remember the 1960s dearly love all the
memorable songs from Rogers and Hammerstein musicals. Yet the poignancy and
beauty of these tunes are appreciated by people of any age. If you’re a fan of
this renowned composing duo, you won’t want to miss “A Grand Night of Singing”
on November 22 and 23 at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts. You’ll be
treated to standards such as “Some Enchanted Evening,” “I’m Gonna Wash That Man
Right Outta My Hair” and “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning.” What a time it will
be!
Tickets range from $20 to $65. Showtimes are at 8 p.m. on November 22 and
at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on November 23. The address is 201 Market St Suite 1.
