The Family Great Adventure series is a free event in which families can take part in an interactive adventure, leading to various sites along the boardwalk. Work your way down the beach as you unravel a mystery. Activities consist of games and contests right on the water. Participants can dress up as characters and spread out in the sand for a family-friendly movie shown on an inflatable screen. Finding Nemo will be playing on Saturday, Jun. 21 as part of the Seaside Search, on the beach at 27 th street. Will your family be able to solve the clues to discover Nemo’s hiding place? Whether you're a bulldog owner, lover or just want to make a few new furry friends, it will be a big event right on the park grounds. The next event hosted by the East Coast Bulldogge Club won't take place until April 2014, and we expect many visitors in town for the show so make your reservation at Virginia Beach KOA now! There will be two International Olde English Bulldogge Association sanctioned shows, one United Canine Association show a Weight Pull contest and Best Dressed Bully contest. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and entry fees start at $5 for spectators but kids get in free. Coolers are welcome and trophies, ribbons and raffle prizes will be awarded.
