From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., boats will race across the water from Cape Henry to Rudee Inlet. You can view the exciting finish from the 24 th Street Park. The Neptune’s 8K Run offers a course with a beautiful ocean view for running, jogging or walking. After you cross the finish line, you can celebrate at the post-race party at the 31 st Street Park.
