Sand Soccer Championships Are Around the Corner

via Military News
On June 7 to 9, the city will host the 26th Sand Soccer Championships, an event where 100,000 spectators and participants will gather to celebrate the fun sport. During the festival, international teams will parade to the matches with the sound of conga drums beating in the background. Competitions will include categories for children, teens, men, women, college students and corporate coed teams. Because the game is similar to beach volleyball, the rules are easy to learn.

The unbeatable setting will consists of gentle ocean breezes, views of foamy waves and the exciting boardwalk filled with live music and good food. What could be more pleasant?

If you’re a competitor, just show us your registration, and you get 10 percent off your cabin or campsite. In addition, you won’t need to worry about parking because the Wave Trolley will get you to the championships.
