Make Plans for Father’s Day

Dad would probably love nothing better than to spend Father’s Day Weekend, June 14 to 16, at our campground, making memories with the family. Expect to have a grand time playing sports and games like basketball, volleyball and giant chess. The kids will enjoy the playground and jumping pillow, and everyone will delight in the pool that has a giant water slide. You can also rent bikes onsite to ride along the beautiful oceanfront and boardwalk.

In addition, when it’s time to relax, Dad can stretch out in one of the hammocks that are hung under shady trees. He’ll be thinking, “Ah, this is the life!”

Live Family Feud Coming Soon to Virginia Beach

Game show fiends will be in their element at the Family Feud Live show on June 5. At this entertainment hosted by the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts, audience members are randomly selected to join celebrity team captains onstage to play the game. People who attend may also win prizes from their seats in the audience. Those who’d like to make an even bigger night of it may add to their purchase a Ruth's Chris Dinner Package, which involves a delicious four-course meal.

Ticket prices for the show alone range from $40 to $60. Showtime is 8 p.m. The address is 201 Market Street.
