Between now and January 5, Busch Gardens, the city’s wonderful theme park, will be aglow with millions of dazzling lights. While this attraction is fun any time of the year, it’s entrancing during the holidays. Be sure and visit, so you can enjoy the heartwarming shows, shop for last-minute gifts and savor festive food. Don’t leave without treating yourself to a mug of the park’s peppermint fudge hot chocolate.

Jingle Bell Jam

If you’re like most people, you can’t seem to get enough holiday music during Christmastime. At the Jungle Bell Jam on December 22, you can spend a most pleasant afternoon listening to jolly tunes performed by great local talent.

Tickets range from $11 to $22. Showtime is 3 p.m., but preconcert activities start at 2 p.m. The location is the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts at 201 Market Street.
