Virginia Beach offers so many wonderful events during the holidays! One of the most magical is the CBN Christmas Village, which will be held on December 6 to 8 and 13 to 15. On these dates, the grounds of CBN and Regent University will become the scene of a multifaceted celebration guaranteed to make your spirits bright.

It will feature a live nativity scene, a spectacular Christmas tree and carriage rides, as well as a marketplace, carnival rides and Santa’s Cottage. Also included are special performances by children’s choirs and musical groups. Visitors will even be able to sample German holiday treats. There is something for everyone.

Admission is free. Hours are from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The location is 977 Centerville Turnpike.

Santa’s Workshop

On December 8, the Farmers’ Market will host Santa’s Workshop. This daylong delight will include a craft show, children’s activities, live music, food trucks and ice-skating.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The address is 3640 Dam Neck Road.
