Cinco by the Sea
People of Mexican heritage are a cherished part of the American melting pot, and the fabulous entertainment and food of this culture can be savored on May 6 at Cinco by the Sea. The sounds of mariachi and Latin music and the spicy flavors of the cuisine will give festivalgoers an enjoyable experience. Hours are from noon to 10 p.m., and the location is King Neptune’s Park at the 31st Street Stage.
Chic’s Beach Festival
Another option for something fun to do on May 6 is to attend Chic’s Beach Festival. Aside from listening to bands, you can shop at the Under the Oaks Market and chow down on healthy and not-so-healthy food. Hours are from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the location is HK on the Bay at 4600 Lookout Road.
Stay With Us
The mild days and cool nights we’ve been having are ideal for camping. Have you made plans for Mothers’ Day yet? On May 12 and 13, we are offering a Hot Deal, which is to buy one night and get the second night for only $10. Treat Mom to a vacation in the great outdoors on this weekend. It will be a time the family will long remember.
The cozy deluxe cabins in our tree-filled park are ideal for a restful getaway. We invite you to stay at Virginia Beach KOA. Book your spot at the website, or call 800-562-4150 for more information
