A fee of $25 will provide you with a 12” figurine, as well as studio time and access to painting supplies. A glass of complimentary wine is included. After you are finished, the enterprise will put your masterpiece in a travel-safe box to take home. This creative endeavor will make a treasured souvenir of Virginia Beach to keep for yourself or give to a loved one.

Most people like to make something pretty with their hands, so you’re sure to enjoy the experience whether you are a child or senior adult. Walk-ins are welcome, but to be sure you get a spot, reservations are encouraged. Don’t worry if you’ve never painted ceramics because the staff will be happy to help. The address is 510 Laskin Road, which is on the corner of 31st and Holly.

Rooster’s CafĂ© and Grill

When you’re in the mood for Greek food, we recommend Rooster’s, an unassuming family-owned eatery on the oceanfront. The servings are generous, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Best of all, you’ll love the food. The address is 5785 Northampton Boulevard.
