Attending one of the entertainments is a nice way to liven up a wintry day or evening. Here is what the this month's agenda holds.
January 13 is the date of the Bobby Bones Funny & Alone Comedy Tour. The comedian will regale the audience with stories about growing up in rural Arkansas. Showtime is at 8 p.m., and tickets are $30.50 at the door.
The Symphonicity: Lollipop Concert will be held on January 14. An afternoon of fun for children and their families, it will include face painting and other activities in addition to the concert. The show starts at 3 p.m., but guests are encouraged to come at 2 p.m., when children can learn about and touch musical instruments. Tickets are $8 on the day of the event.
Other upcoming events include a cello concert on January 16 and a folk dance performance on January 18. Jackie Robinson, a professional baseball player, will tell his heartwarming story on January 23. The center has something for everyone.
