You can learn about this interesting culture on October 21 and 22 at Fil Fest, which is a celebration of the ethnicity’s food, music, dance and crafts. It will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday. The location is the Town Center, and admission is free.
Coastal Virginia Boat and RV Sale
If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a new or used RV or boat, you may want to attend the Coastal Virginia Boat and RV Sale on October 15 and 16 at the Convention Center. It will be fun to see what is new in the way of motorhomes. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free.
