If you’re a fan of regional she-crab soup, you won’t want to miss this competition among restaurants at the 24th Street Park on Saturday, April 11 from 12 – 3 p.m. This East Coast favorite is often made as a bisque with milk or heavy cream, crab, fish stock, and dry sherry. But come out and taste the different spins on a classic recipe.
Restaurants will compete for the People’s Choice Awards, which you can vote on by grabbing a ballot. A team of local cuisine experts will also vote on the Critic’s Choice Awards. This is a ticketed event, and a limited number of tickets are available. Admission is $14 plus service charges, or $18 the day-of.
