Family Fun Parades Onto Virginia Beach

The Neptune Festival Grand Parade takes place on Sep. 27, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the oceanfront between 16th and 32nd Streets. Come see colorful floats in all shapes and sizes, balloons bigger than you can imagine, and the best marching bands around. Grab the best spot on the block, as the streets will be lined with people.
