Screen Shot 2014-08-01 at 2.31.17 PMBlues at the Beach will take place on Sep. 5 – 6 at the 17th Street Park on Virginia Beach. It’s an event dedicated to celebrating this cherished musical genre, and it features two days of concerts on an outdoor stage.

Local, regional and nationally recognized blues acts will come share the stage. In the past, legends like James Harman, Terry Garland, Billy Boy Arnold and many others have performed on Virginia Beach stages. This year, the lineup is just as fantastic. Look forward to hearing Bernard Allison, Damon Fowler, Dennis Gruenling, Doug Deming and more.

The event is $5 each day, or $8 for a two-day pass. Instrumental workshops are offered for a small entry fee.
