The Funk Era Returns to Virginia Beach

Virginia Beach has a treat for those of you still stuck in the funk era. The State Farm FunkFest is coming up, and you can stay at Virginia Beach KOA for a fun vacation!

Come out to hear music by influential legends (think James Brown, Sly and the Family Stone, George Clinton and The Ohio Players.) While the music style that blends soul, jazz and R&B originated in the 1960s, it certainly hasn’t died out! It’s time to get your feet moving.

There will be food, merchandise and dance contests to get you into a festive, funky mood!
