Start Fall off with a Bang
Don’t miss your last chance to see fireworks at Virginia Beach! This weekend the Fireworks at Beach Street USA will come to 
a close with a big finale fireworks show. View the show from 20th Street as the fireworks are set off from a barge on the water, only a few minutes from Virginia Beach KOA. The fireworks show starts at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 12. Beach Street is home to many summer events and festivals in Virginia Beach, but will also host the Virginia Beach Craft Beer Festival at 24th Street Park on October 19 and 20.
The boardwalk will also boast sparkling Christmas lights for the annual McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach event. Come visit Virginia Beach KOA, then make a short trip to the oceanfront, where you can actually drive on the boardwalk and view the spectacular lights and a 40-foot Christmas tree between 2nd and 34th Streets. McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach runs from November 22 through January 1, 2014.
