Y'Not Wednesdays?

The balmy nights of summer are perfect for outdoor concerts. Every Wednesday evening campers at Virginia Beach KOA can head over to the Town Center, where from 5 to 9 p.m. they can enjoy Y’Not Wednesdays, a concert series featuring a variety of music. Performers scheduled for the next three weeks include Snackbar Jones on July 24, Borderline Crazy on July 31 and Guava Jam on August 7. You can plan to have supper while you listen, as Y’Not Pizza will be serving mouth-watering sandwiches, pizza and gelato. Also available on the plaza is a farmers’ market, providing a nice assortment of fresh produce.

Another event at the Town Center this month is the Town Fair on July 20. This lovely occasion occurs on the third Saturday of every month and involves shopping for handmade goods, dining and outdoor entertainment. Hours are from 3 to 6 p.m.

The oceanfront is a hot place to be every Saturday, when entertainment is scheduled throughout the day. Culminating the fun, Naval Airpower Legacy will perform at 8:45 p.m.
