Patriotic Festival
Residents of Virginia Beach KOA can attend a Patriotic Festival that celebrates our nation’s military on May 31 through June 2. During these three days the beautiful oceanfront will be the scene of concerts and an air show, along with military displays and demonstrations. A few of the artists scheduled to perform include Justin Moore, The Beach Boys and Pistol Annies, as well as Scotty McCreery, Steel Purse and Little Big Town. One of the highlights of the event is an exhibition by the Blue Angels, who will awe the crowd with their flight precision and skill.
Head over to the Military Aviation Museum on June 2 to watch the Flying Proms Air Show. The Virginia Symphony will provide background music as this group flies vintage aircraft, thrilling the audience with breathtaking maneuvers. Following the show, a dazzling fireworks display will light up the sky. The concert starts at 6:45 and admission ranges from $35 to $45.
