Home Educators Appreciation Weekend

So many campers at Virginia Beach KOA love the music of decades past. These golden oldies, along with classic cars from this era, can be enjoyed at the Beach Music Weekend and Beach Music Cruise-In on May 16 through 19. Relax on the oceanfront and savor this nostalgic tribute to the good ol’ days that will include dancing under the stars. The car show involving a display of 50 cool vehicles from yesteryear will be held on the boardwalk on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Another oceanfront event on May 18 and 19 is the Pirate Party on the Beach, which will be a lighthearted event of costume contests and pirate enactors as well as a treasure hunt. A merry band of pirates will entertain the crowd with sea songs and swordplay demonstrations. Also included will be a movie on the beach.
