Light Up the Night

Much merriment will be had on July 6th to 8th, when campers at Virginia Beach KOA take part in “Light Up the Night” weekend. Activities will include a glow in the dark parade, glow miniature golf and a flashlight candy hunt. The highlight will be a Light Up the Night Dance, so brush off those dancing shoes and prepare to cut a rug on the dance floor.

On the evening of July 6th on the beach at 17^th St. Park, the band Hotel California will provide a free concert paying tribute to the Eagles. This rock group, which debuted in the 70s, had many hit songs and won many music awards.

Those interested in art will enjoy the Chalk the Walk Art on July 7^th on the boardwalk. On this day, hundreds of artists will gather to transform the boardwalk into a canvas of paintings, where compositions will be inspired by Andy Warhol portraits.
