DIGS Volleyball Tournament Weekend

This weekend of May 4^th to 6^th, volleyball players and fans will descend on Virginia Beach KOA campground and RV park, as it will be the site of a tournament involving this popular sport. The competition should be lively, so it will be enjoyable to watch the teams battle it out to determine the winner.

You can take breaks from the action at the campground by taking in the entertainment at the beach nearby. This will be the setting for the Virginia Beach Gospel Fest on the 4^th and 5^th, where you can listen to local and national artists play contemporary praise and worship music.

Also on this weekend’s agenda for the beach is a visual feast in the form of the Atlantic Coast Kite Festival. This year’s theme of “Colors in the Sky” will feature activities for the entire family. Novice flyers who prefer to participate rather than be a spectator can attend “Flight Training,” where they will be taught how to construct, fly and land a kite safely.
