Rev your engines for a thrilling beachfront event next month, and catch a break at Virginia Beach KOA. If your kiddos can’t get enough of monster truck toys, take them out to see the real thing and enjoy family time on the beach. Monsters on the Beach takes place May 6 – 8 between 5 th and 7 th Streets, right off the water. Come out and “ooh” and “ahh” as monster trucks battle it out on the beach. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it’s totally family friendly. The course is right next to the boardwalk on 6 th Street, so grab a seat in the bleachers for the best view. Sand dunes are no match for these monster trucks: Stone Crusher, Hooked, Avenger, Brutus, Dirt Crew and more. Along with quad and 4x4 races, enjoy the Eastern Truck and Accessories Show and Sine or hop on your very own Monster Truck Ride. Tickets are just $13.50 in advance or $16 on the day of the sho w. Brew up a great vacation in Virginia Beach this month, and say “cheers” to the best spring getaway. The Craft Beer Festival is in town, so if you’re a hops specialist, a homebrew fanatic or just a fan of pints, come out and celebrate the tastes of Virginia Beach and stay at our KOA. The Craft Beer Festival takes place on April 23 at the Town Center by Pembroke Mall. Come out and enjoy our beautiful weather as you browse and sample local Virginia beers. There will be over 50 craft beers featured from 25 breweries, and you can score some of the best sips in the state — and country! From local to regional and national, no one knows beer like we do.
