This celebrated race occurs every year on Labor Day weekend in Virginia Beach and attracts runners from all over the country. Relax and rest up at Virginia Beach KOA, then hit the race on Sunday, September 5. Before and after, be sure to head to the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront for the American Music Festival, featuring headliners like the Steve Miller Band, Rebelution, The Wailers, Sheryl Crow and Phil Vassar. The Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon and 5k is great for runners and walkers of all levels. Whether you take a few laps around the block, or you’ve been training for months, now is the time to show off your skills and accomplish something great. The two-day Health and Fitness Expo prior to the races is free and open to the public. Come out and learn about health technology, fitness apparel, health and nutrition.
